ZangoCash (Zango) offer a unique gateway based method of monetizing your content. When you add a Zango gateway to your content your visitors receive a message along the lines of “This websites is funded by Zango, install the Zango software to keep the site alive”. If the visitor does choose to install Zango you earn between $0.10 and $0.75 depending on the visitor’s location. What the software does is display pop-ups related to the person’s surfing habits. Following is an example of a Zango gateway placed on a game cheats site.
Earning Potential
How much a website will earn with Zango depends on two main factors, the location of its visitors and how rare the content is.
The earning per conversion is calculated based on the visitor’s location: $0.75 for US visitors, $0.40 for Canada France etc, $0.10 for Australia Austria etc, and $0.00 for anywhere else. Complete details can be found in the following table.
Notice in the above table the ‘Monthly Installs’ column, what it tells us is that once you reach a certain threshold of conversions per month you receive a significant bonus to your earnings. To reach the first threshold you need to achieve about 100 conversions per day, and if you do you will receive a ~30% bonus to your earnings.
Finally I mentioned that the rarity of your content has an impact on your earnings. Actually it has a massive impact, it is the major cause for your high or low conversion rate. This can be easily explained with a couple of examples -
- A game hacks site will receive roughly a 1:10 conversion rate because the content is rare.
- A desktop wallpapers site will receive roughly a 1:50 conversion rate because the content is less rare, the visitor can easily go to Google image search to find an alternative.
In the above example the game hacks site has 5 times the conversion rate of the wallpaper site, this means that it earns 5 times as much per 1000 visitors assuming the visitors’ locations are the same for both sites. So Zango is best suited to sites with rare content, such as game cheats/hacks sites.
Zango Report
Following is the Zango earnings report of an anime streaming site. If you compare the ‘Page views’ to ‘Payout’ you can see that the CPM is over $10. For comparison purposes, if the website was running Adsense it would be lucky to make $1 CPM.
Payment Methods
Zango pay 20 days after the end of the month, compared to 30 days after the month from Google Adsense. You have the choice of three payment methods: EFT, Check, or Paypal deposit. Their checks have always arrived on time for me, the only problem being that the checks are in USD while I live in Australia.
Best Suited Websites
Any website with reasonably rare content should give Zango a try. Zango can also be a good option for any website that earns a low CPM from generic ad publishing networks.
Special Notes
Zango offer their publishers a personal manager whom you may contact by email or instant messenger, and they are online daily. They are very helpful and will help you to optimize your site and install their gateway code.

Thanks for the excellent review.
I was wondering though if there are requirements before you can put zango on ur site? like minimum visitors/month, etc.
Also, is it available in all countries worldwide? I am here in Pakistan. Can i use it?

You need an existing website, and having traffic increases your chances of being accepted.
I think they accept publishers from anywhere. Since they pay through multiple methods you can receive payments in any country too.

Your review on Zangocash is very informative. I would liketo try with it. However, being a lack of computer technical knowledge, I am still unable to proceed to monetize with Zango. Is it possible for you to provide a detail step by step guide for me to follow?
